Our Wines
What I Do – Professional Activity
Welcome to “Carmi Mevorach”, a boutique vineyard and home winery
About the “Carmi Mevorach”
The “Сarmi Mevorach” vineyard was planted with love and passion for fine wine in 2014, in a unique semi-desert region in southern Israel. The area’s special climate — with many sunny days and significant temperature differences between day and night — together with advanced cultivation methods adapted from leading wine regions around the world, create an ideal environment for growing grapes rich in flavor, aroma, and exceptional complexity.
The vineyard spans dozens of acres of carefully tended soil and is lovingly maintained throughout the year. It is planted with select varieties such as Chardonnay, Petit Verdot, Marselan, Barbera, Zinfandel, Malbec, Shiraz, and more — each contributing to the unique character of our wines.
The first harvest took place in 2017, yielding beautiful fruit that made possible the first production of exceptional homemade wine. Since then, the vineyard has become the foundation for creating impressive boutique series of white, rosé, and red wines, combining deep agricultural knowledge, years of experience, and modern technology — all infused with love for the land and the vine.
All our wines are kosher and crafted with meticulous attention to every stage of the process — from the vineyard to the bottle. Kashrut is preserved as an inseparable part of our quality and our belief that our wine should be accessible to every wine lover, on any occasion.
“Karmei Mevorach” wines bring to every sip the spirit of the desert, the tranquility of the vineyards, and the personal story of a rooted farming family that never stops dreaming, growing, and creating.
In the focus of the lens
Who am I?
A person of the land, passion, and purpose:
I was born and raised in a moshav in the Negev, and for me, the land has always been more than just a resource — it has been a part of my identity, my childhood, and my vision. Over the years, my family and I moved from establishing a settlement in Gush Katif to coping with painful displacement and starting anew. Yet out of that difficulty came an opportunity — to return to my roots and to build a new dream with even deeper foundations.
My decades of experience in agriculture, research, and consulting — in Israel and around the world — have taught me not only about crops, irrigation, and climate, but also about patience, listening to the land, and the ability to dream even under the most challenging conditions. My love for nature — from the desert to the rainforests, from the trails of Israel to the remote corners of the world — has always been part of my journey.
And so, out of love, curiosity, and faith — my vineyard was born. Here I bring together everything I have learned, experienced, and loved along the way — to create fine wine, a story rooted in the soil, and one that speaks to the heart.
