Each wine series represents a unique approach to winemaking and expresses the distinct character of our local terroir.​

The White & Rosé Series – Fresh and Light Wines

A light and refreshing collection of white and rosé wines, perfectly suited to Israel’s warm climate and ideal for easy, everyday enjoyment.
Wines in this series:

Gold Horn (Kerem Zahav) – A 50/50 blend of Musanne and Chardonnay grapes. Pale golden color, bright acidity, full body, fruity aroma, and a long, pleasant finish. (Vintages 2020, 2021)

Barbarosa – A rosé made from early-harvested Barbera grapes. Rich in sweet and fresh aromas, lovely rosé color, light and perfect for summer days. (Vintage 2020) 

Chardonnay – A new wine made from Chardonnay grapes. Coming soon. (Vintage 2020)

The Blends Series – Rich and Complex Character Wines

A series of blended wines named after local wildlife that are part of the vineyard’s landscape and atmosphere.

These blends combine Petit Verdot, Marselan, Zinfandel, and Barbera varieties.

Wines in this series:

• Chameleon
• Eagle
• Desert Fox
• (Vintages 2017, 2019, 2020)

Special edition wines:

• Honey Bee – A deep wine made from Zinfandel, Barbera, and a touch of Shiraz. Notes of wild berries and honey.
• Terrace – A semi-sweet wine produced from the same group of grape varieties grown on the vineyard terrace.

The Varietal Series – Expressing the Unique Character of Each Grape

This series is dedicated to varietal wines, each made from a single grape variety, highlighting its distinctive flavor and personality.

Wines in this series:

• Pinot Noir (Vintage 2018) – Produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown in desert conditions and harvested late. Currently out of stock.
• Malbec (Vintage 2019) – A dark, rich wine with aromas of berries, plums, and tobacco. Out of stock until next season.
